Fatjon Hysenaj

I build the software local businesses run on.

I'm a student from Istog, Kosovo. I design and build web apps and websites for real businesses: a dairy, a blinds and curtains company and a furniture workshop. Below are short demos of each one.

QumështorePro

Management system for a dairy

Private app used by the business. The demo uses sample data.

The problem

Milk collections were written in notebooks, lab results stayed on paper and shop debts were tracked from memory. Nobody could see in one place how many litres came in, went out and were paid for.

Base44ReactDatabase designRole-based access

What it does

  • Records every farmer's delivery and calculates monthly payments
  • Stores lab tests: fat, pH, protein, freezing point, antibiotics
  • Tracks production batches, losses and efficiency
  • Manages shops, prices, debts and delivery routes with signatures
  • Closes the cash register at the end of each day
  • Gives 9 roles, from manager to farmer, access to only what they need

Lux&Style Manager

Running a blinds & curtains business

Private app used by the business. The demo uses sample data.

The problem

Measurements were noted on paper, offers were calculated by hand and installations were planned by phone. Jobs got lost between the first visit and the final installation.

Base44ReactDatabase designBusiness process automation

What it does

  • Keeps clients, offers and payments linked in one place
  • Moves every job through measuring, cutting, preparation and installation
  • Calculates cut parts, material and price from the window size
  • Plans measurements and installations on a weekly calendar
  • Reserves warehouse materials and flags low stock
  • Collects the client's signature, photos and warranty at the end

LineWoodHouse

Production for a furniture workshop

Private app used by the business. The demo uses sample data.

The problem

Cutting lists were drawn by hand, leftover pieces were thrown away and nobody knew how long a wardrobe or a kitchen really took to make.

Base44ReactDatabase designProduction planning

What it does

  • Turns furniture dimensions into a full parts list automatically
  • Calculates panels, ABS edging and material cost
  • Saves offcuts so they can be reused before cutting a new panel
  • Logs worker time for cutting, edge-banding, drilling and assembly
  • Runs a quality checklist before delivery
  • Plans deliveries with address, driver and GPS location

Jeta e Re

Website for a milk brand

jetaere.netlify.app

This is the live website. Scroll inside the frame or open it in a new tab.

The brief

A dairy in Istog needed a website for its fresh milk "I Yni" that looks trustworthy, works well on phones and lets shops and families get in touch quickly.

What I built

  • Responsive design for phone, tablet and desktop
  • Contact form that sends every message by email
  • WhatsApp, Viber and Instagram buttons
  • Google Maps with the exact location in Istog
  • Sections for business partners and frequent questions
  • Privacy and terms pages, sitemap and search setup

About me

I'm Fatjon Hysenaj, a student from Istog. I like building tools that solve problems I see in businesses around me, and turning paperwork into apps people actually use every day.

I work with Base44 for full web apps and with HTML, CSS and JavaScript for websites, and I take a project from the first conversation to a published product.
